A refreshing, crisp white with aromas and flavours of pear with a hint of honey and apple, accompanied by a clean long finish.

G R O W I N G    C O N D I T I O N S

This wine comes exclusively from our Similkameen Vineyard in Cawston. The 2008 season started almost 3 weeks later than normal. Summer also arrived later but brought with it warmer temperatures and long sunlight hours. This harvest produced quality wines. The grapes were hand-harvested on September 26th.

A small portion of the Pinot Gris grapes underwent a gentle press with the remainder undergoing a whole-cluster press for maximum fruit extraction.
The juice was then cool fermented in stainless steel only.
