We, the Gidda Family, are proud to introduce our limited production Family Reserve 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah blend. Only 92 cases were produced. The Family Reserve tier is our introduction of Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery’s superbly crafted, rare wines. We as growers and dedicated wine enthusiasts have occasionally made small lot premium wines that were produced for our extended family. These barrel aged wines have never been released to the public. But now, for the first time ever, we have opened up our cellar to share these limited edition vintages with all wine lovers.
The Gidda Family own just under 300 acres of vineyards in total, one of the largest family-owned vineyards in BC. As growers and wine enjoyers they have produced select wines that were crafted for various family members. Until now, these wines have never been available to the public, but for the first time ever the Gidda family is opening up their wine cellar. There are some limited production wines that have been aged and cellared and that will finally be available for everyone to enjoy.

Aromas and flavours of dark cherries, raspberries and spice. Elegant tannins provide a soft silky finish. This medium-bodied red was aged for 24 months in one year old French oak barrels. This is Mt. Boucherie's very first Zinfandel.
Pair with lamb entrees, grilled salmon and duck.

Our premium, small lot limited release red with only 90 cases produced in total, is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Syrah. This rich, full-bodied red was aged for 24 months in one year old French oak barrels. Aromas of blackberry, plum and cassis are complemented by flavours of dark chocolate, cocoa and dark berries on the palate.
A great match for game, lamb and beef.

| 2004 Summit White |

This unique white blend showcases the art of superior winemaking and vineyard management. This 'super' blend of Chardonnay, Semillon, Pinot Gris and Riesling underwent partial barrel fermentation in premium French oak cooperage followed by 18 months of bottle ageing. Aromas of apple, pear and toasty oak harmonize with perfectly balanced flavours of peach, vanilla and toasted nuts leading to a creamy softness on the palate. Only 150 cases produced.
Pair with seafood, creamy pastas, roasted chicken and assorted cheeses. |

Another premium, small lot limited release Pinot Noir with only 90 cases produced. Partially fermented and aged for 20 months in used and new French oak barrels. Hints of cherry followed by leafy, earthy and savoury aromas and flavours. This elegant and complex Pinot Noir offers a long, soft and silky finish.
Enjoy with mushroom risotto, coq au vin or grilled salmon. |
